As St Peters Group's only multi-franchise service department, we see an array of different people with different vehicles and very different requirements.
We ensure all of our staff are fully trained specialists so we are able to fit the right customer to the right member of staff, and the right vehicle technician for the job required.
There have been vast improvements within the department, with all new customer-facing staff.
Customer satisfaction has been our key focus. We have looked to build honest and trusting relationships with our customers with our transparent ‘fixed price’ servicing, friendly approachable staff and our ‘window to the workshop’.
We encourage our customers to demonstrate their vehicle problems directly to our technicians, ensuring the repair is carried out correctly first time. We have a revamped waiting and vehicle drop off reception, and we are always happy to show you round your vehicle in the workshop if requested.
We understand the rush of life and the limited time our customers may have, we also know a vehicle breakdown can be a difficult and frustrating time. To help your stress levels, we offer courtesy lifts, a collection and delivery service, and we have a number of loan cars available. You are also always welcome to take a seat whilst watching the TV or reading a paper with a coffee whilst your work is completed.
In 2014, our Overall Satisfaction scores increased even further after an impressive 2013. Our customers scored us 91%, placing us near the top of multi franchise dealerships in the country. "First time" fix-rates increased to 95%
So far in 2015, we have seen our highest customer satisfaction rates, with customers scoring us at 96%. This puts us in the top 25% of Peugeot dealers in the UK. Our "Mystery Shop" visit scored in the top 10% of UK dealers for dealing with the customer.
Nic has been with the Hylton Group for 7 years and took over as Service Manager in January 2013.
In January 2015 he was accredited as a ‘Gold Standard’ Service Manager by both Peugeot and Citroen.
Andy is our newest member of the team starting with us in September 2014.
With many years experience in the motor industry he has brought both technical knowledge and a calm, collected persona to the department.
Dani started with us in March 2014 and quickly established herself in the business, moving to Senior Service Advisor.
Dani has focused in taking the departments customer satisfaction results to the next level. She has been accredited as a ‘silver standard’ customer advisor and is working hard to earn her gold standard.
Adam is our Master Technician for both Peugeot and Citroen and has been with the company for 12 years.
If no one else can diagnose your fault then Adam is your man.
Alex is our youngest Technician completing his apprenticeship in April 2013.
Alex has continued his training and has been accredited as a ‘Silver standard’ technician for Peugeot.
Dave is the sites Veteran with 38 years employment.
Dave is a fully trained Peugeot technician and specialises in engine and gearbox rebuilds.
Mark our MOT tester has been with us for 28 years.
He is the sites busiest technician thanks to our £24.99 MOT’s.
Stu has been with the Hylton Group for 12 years of which the last 5 have been at St Peters.
Stu is our Suzuki specialist, qualifying as a Suzuki ‘Senior’ Technician in December 2014.
